Testing pre-production samples
Testing pre-production samples or preparing a “golden” sample is an extremely important step of preparing the factory to start mass production
Pre-production inspection
Pre-production control is held after receiving all the materials to the assembly line warehouse at the moment when the factory is ready to start assembling
Inspection during the production time
Inspection during production time is made when at least 20% of production is finished. This type of control reveals problems with the product during the early stages of the production cycle
Pre-loading inspection
In a quality control programme, this is the most commonly used type of inspection. Pre-loading inspection is done when 100% of assembling and 80% of packing is finished

This instrument of quality control is made when the product has failed the pre-load inspection and reworking the whole batch did not give any results; this is used instead of pre-load inspection if the product’s price is very high.
