Inspection during production time is made when at least 20% of production is finished. This type of control reveals problems with the product during the early stages of the production cycle.

- Special tests specific for this type of product
During production control a statistical sampling method is applied according to the standard AQL (ISO 2859-1). This method allows us to accurately determine the volume of scrap before finishing the mass production.
One of the key advantages of production control is the possibility of taking corrective actions during the early stages of production and minimize the scrap volume before the finishing stage.
Production control is necessary if production is being placed for the first time and the costs of defect elimination or reproduction are extremely high.
