Sorting the entire batch means checking that 100% of products comply with the requirements. This instrument of quality control is made when the product has failed the pre-load inspection and reworking the whole batch did not give any results; this is used instead of pre-load inspection if the product’s price is very high.
Qualified TQC inspectors study in detail the whole batch of the finished production before sending to make sure that it meets all your expectations about the quality and regulatory requirements. TQC inspectors will identify and remove defective products from the batch. Defect-free products are shipped and the finished products with defects are either thrown away or reproduced.
Sorting of the whole patch allows to:
- Define the specific percentage of defects
- Get the evidence of defective goods and their volume for negotiating with suppliers
- Guarantee the shipment of goods without defects
